Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PingYou, a document and certificate expiry reminder platform built and operated by bycode ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PingYou.

PingYou lets you store documents, track expiry dates and receive reminders by Email, WhatsApp and Push. Features vary by plan. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse PingYou. In particular, you will not:

• Upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content, or content you do not have the right to store.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages through our reminder channels.

You retain all rights to the documents and data you add to PingYou. You grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit that content solely to provide the service to you - for example, to store a file in your vault and send the reminders you configure.

PingYou is designed to help you stay ahead of expiry dates, but reminders depend on the information you provide and on third-party channels (email, WhatsApp and push providers). We work hard to deliver reminders reliably, but we do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered, and you remain responsible for meeting your own deadlines.

PingYou offers free and paid plans. Paid plan fees, billing cycles and features are described at checkout or in your plan agreement. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

PingYou, its software, design and branding are owned by bycode and its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or intellectual property except as needed to use the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bycode will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a missed deadline or undelivered reminder. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using PingYou and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. Provisions relating to content, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of PingYou after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
