You trust PingYou with important documents. Here is how we protect them.
1. Our Approach
Security is central to PingYou. Because you trust us with certificates, licenses and other important documents, we apply layered administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to keep that information protected. PingYou is built and operated by bycode.
2. Data Encryption
Documents are stored in an encrypted vault, and data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. Encryption keys and secrets are managed separately from the data they protect.
3. Access Controls
Access to your data is restricted on a need-to-know basis. For teams, role-based access means people only see the documents and reminders they should. Internally, administrative access is limited, logged and reviewed.
4. Infrastructure
PingYou runs on reputable cloud infrastructure with network isolation, monitoring and regular backups. We keep our systems patched and apply the principle of least privilege across our environment.
5. Reliability of Reminders
We monitor the delivery of reminders across Email, WhatsApp and Push and design for redundancy so alerts reach you on time. Delivery also depends on third-party channels and the details you provide.
6. Responsible Disclosure
We welcome reports from security researchers. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in PingYou, please contact us privately at info.bycode@gmail.com so we can investigate and address it. Please give us reasonable time to respond before any public disclosure.
7. Your Role in Security
You can help keep your account safe by:
- Using a strong, unique password and keeping your credentials private.
- Granting team access only to the people who need it.
- Keeping your recovery email and reminder contact details up to date.
